By accessing or using the FieldEx Loyalty Program App ("FieldEx" or "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
To use FieldEx, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the App, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Account
3.1. Account Registration: To participate in the FieldEx Loyalty Program, users must create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
3.2. Accurate Information: Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to ensure its accuracy.
3.3. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and are liable for any unauthorised access or use.
4. Loyalty Points
4.1. Earning Points: Users can earn loyalty points through specified actions, purchases, or promotions as outlined in the App.
4.2. Point Redemption: Users may redeem accumulated points for rewards, including the option to convert points into monetary value deposited into their linked bank account.
4.3. Point Expiry: FieldEx reserves the right to implement point expiration policies, with notice provided to users.
5. Redemption Process
5.1. Bank Account Linking: Users must link a valid bank account to redeem points for monetary value.
5.2. Conversion Rate: The conversion rate from loyalty points to monetary value will be clearly communicated in the App and may be subject to change.
5.3. Redemption Limits: FieldEx may impose limits on the number of points that can be redeemed within a specific time period.
6. User Conduct
6.1. Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
6.2. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, unauthorised access, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the loyalty program.
